About the Role:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering patient-centered care to our patients. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical-surgical nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid/current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical-surgical nursing practices and technologies.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- 2+ years Med/Surg experience preferred.
- BLS required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- ACLS preferred.
