The role of Sales Associate is vital to the overall success and efficiency of the store. This position requires a strong commitment to our brand values while providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales results. Responsibilities include maintaining Coach's Service and Selling Models, creating a welcoming first impression, and fostering ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
SALES FLOOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aligns decisions with organizational objectives and company priorities.
- Takes ownership of personal performance, focusing on achieving sales and clienteling goals in collaboration with management.
- Develops both short- and long-term strategies to meet personal performance metrics.
- Implements plans to enhance personal survey results and address areas for improvement.

OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures all daily tasks are completed efficiently without compromising service or brand standards.

- Keeps the sales floor clean and organized at all times.
- Adheres to all retail policies and procedures, including POS, Operations, and Asset Protection.
- Restocks inventory on the sales floor as required.
