Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Shoe Sales Associate to join our team at Grigg Enterprises, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers in finding products, provide product information, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, back rooms, and outdoor areas.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Assist with receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise, as well as maintaining backstock and rotating stock.
  • Merchandise Organization: Organize merchandise by style, size, and color to ensure easy customer access.
  • Signage and Displays: Assist with setting up sales signage and displays to promote products and drive sales.
  • Store Meetings: Participate in regular store meetings to discuss sales strategies, customer feedback, and other important topics.
  • Cashier Duties: Assist with cashier duties, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, basic computer skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
