Breakfast Attendant Opportunity at Residence Inn Philadelphia/Glen Mills

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant at Residence Inn Philadelphia/Glen Mills. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless breakfast experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, including replenishing food and beverage items as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Remove plates and dishes from tables, clean the dining area, and empty garbage
  • Assist with taking orders and delivering food and drinks to guests

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong focus on customer service with experience in the food service industry
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills
