  • Maintaining relationships with banking institutions and reviewing loan compliance reports
  • Administering file retention policies
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Participating in fund formation activities, including economic modeling and fundraising
  • Assisting in preparations for the Investor Annual Meeting and Semi-Annual Call
  • Engaging in additional special projects as required

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, hold a CPA or be in pursuit of one, have public accounting experience, and at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership capacity. Strong business acumen, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a collaborative team spirit are essential.
