Overview:
This role involves engaging in sales and providing exceptional customer service through various responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales and customer service tasks effectively.
- Handle cashier duties, maintain stockroom organization, and ensure store cleanliness as required.
- Adhere to company standards regarding personal sales performance metrics.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands outlined here represent those that must be fulfilled by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
- Requires standing for approximately 5 – 8 hours daily, typically 3 – 5 days a week.
- During peak sales periods, extended hours may be necessary, ranging from 1 – 12 hours a day.
- Involves bending and kneeling to assist customers with merchandise, as well as reaching and pulling to stock items on shelves.
- May require climbing ladders or stairs to retrieve or stock merchandise.
- Regularly lift items weighing between 5 – 25 lbs, with potential for heavier weights in certain situations.
