Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join their team as an In Home Caregiver. This part-time, hourly position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17 to $22, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Help clients with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, and feeding as necessary.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishes, to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed, promoting independence and social interaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver preferred, but not necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
