Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff management, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state pharmacy laws.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as retail and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable and skilled in pharmacy operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the pharmacy remains competitive.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Pharmacy license in good standing.
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacy management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
