TransForce is a leading provider in the transportation and logistics sector, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients.

This role is an entry-level position within our Underwriting Division. The Endorsement Risk Assessor is tasked with evaluating endorsement requests and addressing general service inquiries from a designated portfolio of accounts. We have several positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess all non-commercial express renewal endorsement requests.
  • Ensure timely compliance with both corporate and local operational workflows and strategies.
  • Provide prompt responses to producer inquiries related to endorsements and service requests.
  • Collect and analyze change requests, general service inquiries, and endorsement applications originating from producer requests.
  • Maintain adherence to jurisdictional compliance documentation standards and ensure all underwriting documentation is thoroughly completed.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Fundamental PC navigation skills, including familiarity with Windows operating systems, email systems, and the Internet.
  • Capability to meet or surpass established performance benchmarks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with mathematical proficiency.
  • Exhibit robust business insight and critical thinking abilities that facilitate confident decision-making and judgment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and operate effectively within time constraints.
  • Basic understanding of underwriting principles and policy documentation.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: College degree and/or prior exposure to underwriting.
