We are looking for an experienced Clinical Specialist to join our team at Cyfle. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new programs and initiatives to improve the lives and independence of individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities and their families.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting ongoing research, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, and helping families within underserved multilingual communities obtain access to information, resources, and services.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of behavioral analysis and its applications in real-world settings. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience training staff and/or parents.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 per year
