Position Overview:
The Licensed Physical Therapist plays a crucial role in assessing patient needs and developing tailored treatment strategies. This position involves delivering therapy services as outlined in treatment plans and collaborating effectively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. Additionally, the Physical Therapist provides guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides.

Qualifications:
Education:
An advanced graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.

Licensure:
A current or temporary Physical Therapy license in the state of practice is necessary.

Experience:
Previous experience in delivering Physical Therapy services is preferred.

Certifications:
BLS Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within three months of hire.

Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.

Experience:
One to two years of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
