Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Select Physical Therapy in Sebastian, FL.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the physical therapist in implementing treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans under the supervision of the physical therapist.
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, modalities, and education.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • Valid state license (where applicable), registration or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
