Nurse Specialist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Day Surgery Nurse to join our team in Foxboro, Massachusetts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Day Surgery Unit, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients undergoing day surgery procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or concerns
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 5 years of current Orthopedic Operating Room (OR) experience
• Preoperative nursing experience and PACU/postoperative recovery experience required
• Outpatient/ambulatory recovery setting preferred
• EPIC proficiency preferred
