Job Title: Registered Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Day Surgery team in Foxboro, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Day Surgery Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic nursing and experience in preoperative and postoperative care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the Day Surgery Unit, including preoperative and postoperative care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic nursing, with a focus on preoperative and postoperative care.
  • EPIC proficiency preferred.
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
