Job Summary

Reserve Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist M.D. to lead our psychiatric services and ensure the highest standards of patient care. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing clinical care and overseeing administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Provide medication management and therapeutic interventions to patients with mental health conditions.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  4. Lead and guide psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners and licensed clinical social workers to ensure quality and efficiency of psychiatric services.
  5. Participate in program development and improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  1. A valid North Carolina medical license.
  2. Board certification in psychiatry.
  3. Clinical experience in psychiatry.
  4. Proven leadership and administrative skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
