Dental Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our team at DOCS Health. This is a unique opportunity to provide on-site dental care in a controlled environment, working collaboratively with a Dentist to make a positive impact on the health outcomes of incarcerated individuals.

Responsibilities:
  • Set-up and breakdown of dental equipment
  • Sterilization of all equipment
  • Take and process x-rays
  • Assist in 4-handed dentistry
  • Work with portable/mobile equipment

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Dental Assistant Program or on-the-job training
  • One (1) year or more dental assisting experience - preferred
  • Active x-Ray Certification
  • CPR/BLS
  • Valid Driver License
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
