As a **Security Training Specialist**, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients on the effective utilization of our products, ensuring safer environments within diverse market segments such as healthcare, education, and corrections. Your expertise will be instrumental in both pre- and post-sale interactions, collaborating with security professionals and leadership teams to optimize processes and workflows, thereby elevating safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on the operation and application of our Ferromagnetic Detection (FMD) products, both virtually and on-site.
  • Assist clients in formulating strategies and operational concepts that leverage our technologies to enhance safety measures.
  • Develop and present engaging training materials tailored for safety professionals, law enforcement, and correctional personnel to mitigate security threats.
  • Perform on-site audits to assess safety processes, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Organize training schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize travel for clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to relay feedback on product performance and use cases.
  • Educate internal teams and partners on application strategies and deployment methodologies.
  • Engage in industry discussions, product demonstrations, and webinars to promote best practices.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key industry leaders to advocate for safety and security standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a professional security role, with experience in law enforcement or correctional facilities.
  • Proficient in business process optimization and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training content to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments with a high degree of independence.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is advantageous.
  • A methodical approach to decision-making, utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Experience in international business contexts is a plus.

Education:

  • Associate degree in criminal justice is preferred.
  • Completion of relevant training academies in law enforcement or security is highly regarded.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
