Senior Project Coordinator

The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee the implementation and maintenance of assigned applications, application areas, or specialized teams. This role requires strong coordination and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain scope, schedule, and quality in their specific application area or team.
Set clear expectations for team members, including defining what they should do at each phase of a given project.
Work closely with the project director and other project managers to coordinate activities.
Ensure that non-Epic stakeholders are engaged in the project.
Advise and coach team members by providing guidance on issues, key success factors, and lessons learned.
Requirements:
Degree/certification in operational or clinical area of origin.
Prior project management experience, preferred.
Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts.
Ability to learn new software and systems.
Ability to gain trust and establish effective relationships with counterparts.
Ability to persevere in difficult situations, overcome obstacles, and reach high levels of performance when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures.
