Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise clinical coordinators and provide individual clinical sessions as necessary
  • Engage directly in patient case management
  • Assist in developing behavioral programs for qualifying patients
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and maintain progress documentation
  • Lead and document group therapy sessions
  • Facilitate discharge planning and ensure patient records are current
  • Collaborate with treatment teams and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
  • Deliver training for medical record documentation
  • Monitor and assess the quality of care provided
  • Revise Social Services policies and procedures as needed
  • Provide administrative support on a rotational on-call basis
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in social work
  • Current District of Columbia License LICSW
  • Two to five years of experience in a mental health environment
  • Preferred experience in psychiatric inpatient settings
  • Preferred experience in clinical supervision
