Job Title: Registered Dietitian

At Accanto Health, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients with eating disorders. We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at our Douglas Adult Hospital.

Job Summary:

The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for providing optimal nutrition therapy to our patients, conducting detailed nutrition assessments, developing care plans, and participating in multi-disciplinary rounds to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess initial nutritional state and identify nutrient requirements
  • Evaluate dietary intake and identify nutrient imbalances
  • Develop patient-centered nutrition care plans
  • Create individualized meal plans
  • Assist in assessing appropriateness of physical activity
  • Conduct regular nutrition follow-up assessments
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in practicing state
  • At least one year of clinical experience
  • Experience in treating eating disorders preferred
