We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Golden Nugget Hotels & Casinos. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Consistently provide positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
  • Clean and Maintain Guest Rooms: Clean and polish furniture, sweep, mop, and/or vacuum all floors, empty trash containers, and ensure rooms are fully stocked with towels and other bathroom amenities.
  • Report Maintenance Needs: Identify and report any repairs or maintenance needed in guest rooms or on hotel floors.
  • Update Status: Update status on guest rooms on assignment sheets to floor supervisors, managers, and/or front desk staff.
  • Restock and Maintain Housekeeping Carts: Restock and return housekeeping carts to respective areas at the end of shifts.
  • Comply with Regulations: Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Guest Service and/or Housekeeping Experience: Previous experience in guest service and/or housekeeping is required.
  • Team Player with a Guest-First Attitude: A team player with a guest-first attitude is essential for success in this role.
