Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Marriott International Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
  • Assist with laundry and linen duties
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and push/pull housekeeping carts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
