Clinical Nursing Leadership Position

The role of the Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor at Providence Medical Group plays a vital part in guiding clinical staff towards delivering exceptional patient care. This leadership position involves developing and implementing clinical best practices, coaching, and mentoring staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.

The successful candidate will possess strong nursing expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be committed to advancing clinical education and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of clinical staff, providing coaching and mentoring to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement clinical best practices to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies and hospital policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment, including medical assistant, nurses and related clinical positions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an ambulatory setting.
- 3 years demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation.
- 3 years experience providing patient education.

Compensation:
$47.98-$75.94 per hour (base pay range) + additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
