About This Role:

This Retail Leadership Position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Burlington Stores. As a Sales and Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading customer service initiatives and inspiring associates to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company core values.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak periods.
  • Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must also be physically able to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs or more.
