Role Summary: In this entry-level position, you will collaborate with the accounting team to assist in various financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, managing payments, and performing reconciliations.
  • Prepare and uphold financial documentation, ensuring precision and adherence to organizational policies and standards.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee cash flow to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts by collecting and analyzing financial data.
  • Aid in the preparation of tax submissions and compliance documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to optimize accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Execute additional tasks and special projects as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with specific software is advantageous).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
