  • Contribute to the company's intellectual property position through invention and patent applications.

    Requirements

    • Ph.D. in organic chemistry or a related scientific field.
    • Demonstrated capability to execute multi-step synthesis of organic compounds.
    • Ability to research complex organic synthesis problems, evaluate options, and execute solutions.
    • Versatility in applying scientific methodology in synthesis, analytical chemistry, and material science to solve problems.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills, as demonstrated by professional presentations and published papers.
    • Collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment, using sound interpersonal skills to promote a dynamic and ambitious environment.
    • Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple tracks.
