JUNIOR ARCHITECT


Seeking a skilled Junior Architect to contribute to the design and delivery of the firm's projects. The position will assist in preparing architectural designs and construction documents and serve as a bridge between the firms design and construction documentation functions.

Position Responsibilities:
Work closely with project team to translate design concepts into cost-effective and innovation solutions by applying knowledge of building materials and methods of construction.
Assist in developing designs and sketches into 3D models and construction documents within established deadlines and budget.
Regularly monitor and track internal deadlines set by Project Manager and Senior Architectural Designer to ensure timely project delivery.
Aid Project Architect in submittal reviews, RFIs, and ASIs as needed.

SALARY: $60-70K
