  • Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction personnel, including laborers, craftsmen, and subcontractors, to ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Safety Management: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the construction site is a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other project team members.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on construction experience as a tradesman or working foreman on commercial projects.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 1 month of employment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts; excellent organization, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; strong computer skills with Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Office Suite.
