Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team as a long-term substitute at Middlesex Middle School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students with varying levels of need, collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language services to students with varying levels of need, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, including progress notes, IEPs, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements:

Connecticut Speech and Language Pathologist Certification (#061)
Connecticut Department of Health License
