Spa Coordinator

Serenity Spa is seeking a Part-Time Spa Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our spa. This role involves coordinating appointments, assisting guests, and managing administrative tasks.

• Guest Services:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to spa guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments via phone or in person.
  • Offer information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.
  • Manage inventory of retail products and assist with product sales.
• Communication:
  • Effectively communicate with spa therapists, management, and other staff members.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining Spa Ambiance:
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
  • Assist in maintaining a serene and welcoming atmosphere throughout the spa.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software.
• Passion for health, wellness, and the spa industry.

• Thursday: 11a-8p
• Friday: 11a-8p
• Saturday: 8:30a-5:30p
