Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting.
  • Assess patients' physical and psychosocial needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Communicate effectively with ER physicians, mid-level providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
  • Work cooperatively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Montana.
  • Experience working in an emergency department or critical care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
