We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Center for Medically Fragile Children and Adult ICF. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect quality care for residents, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice and coordinate resident care activities with other members of the healthcare team.
- Supervise the nursing care given and ensure that residents receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year of experience in long-term care.
