Key Responsibilities
  • Perform restoration services and carpet & floor cleaning with precision and attention to detail.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Participate in sales meetings and upsell value-add products and services to increase average ticket size.
  • Complete accurate and thorough documentation, authorizations, and customer invoices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment, and perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Complete work orders and daily logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in email and portable devices.
  • Valid driver's license with clean record.
  • Pass background check and drug test.
  • Minimum 1 year of restoration and/or floor cleaning experience preferred.
  • Highly desired certifications from Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
