Heating Specialist

The Home Comfort Advisor is a critical role within Allstar Heating and Air Conditioning, responsible for meeting customers at their homes to discuss options for replacing or adding to their current heating systems. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

• Meet customers at their homes to discuss system replacements and additions
• Discuss requirements and expectations with customers
• Orchestrate daily crew deployment in a timely manner
• Communicate job status with foreman and office staff

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry, as well as continued education and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC concepts, practices, and procedures, and be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
