Job Summary:

Beaver Creek Ski Resort is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their team. As a key member of the store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing daily sales and operations, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage daily sales and operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention
  • Assist in recruiting and training new employees, including onboarding and product knowledge
  • Communicate company values and goals to employees and ensure a positive work environment
  • Monitor and control daily operational budgets, including payroll
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention
  • Stay up-to-date on new industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of products
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of retail experience, preferably in snow sports retail
  • 1 year of management experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
