Admiral Communities LLC is searching for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee our residential property in Kingsport, TN.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in property management and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. A strong understanding of fair housing laws and regulations is essential, along with the ability to effectively manage tenant relations and enforce community guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Collect rent payments, process home payments, and ensure timely deposits.
  • Tenant Relations: Provide notices for late rent, rule violations, and other pertinent information. Conduct showings for prospective tenants and guide them through the lease agreement process.
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repair procedures, collaborating with contractors to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Legal Compliance: Adhere to all federal fair housing laws and company policies. Represent the company in eviction proceedings as required.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle administrative tasks related to property management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Bilingual Spanish fluency is a plus.
