Job Description:

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a highly skilled International Tax Manager - Private Wealth to join our team. As a key member of our International Tax practice, you will be responsible for providing compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational affluent families, family offices, and their private businesses and/or investment entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review complex individual, partnership, S-corp, trust, estate, gift, and state tax returns
  • Analyze international holdings for disclosure purposes and assist clients with planning around foreign assets and minimizing global taxation
  • Work on multiple engagements that deliver proactive tax planning and strategic consulting, including inbound planning, expatriation & exit tax planning, and asset structuring
  • Build on technical competence by keeping up-to-date on trends, developments, and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations
  • Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients
  • Effectively manage engagements and projects to meet tax filings and internal deadlines
  • Develop and expand compliance and planning tools to support tax services to international taxpayers
  • Manage, supervise, train, and lead the staff through counsel, guidance, and support
