Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team at DCS Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the movement of vehicles and materials to/from various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the movement of vehicles and materials to/from various sites.
  • Maintain physical and digital parts inventory of a garage and warehouse space and other logistics processes.
  • Be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Provide support for the building and testing of prototype autonomous vehicles in different stages of development and in different environments.
  • Manage daily expectations and deadlines using rolling action item list, and team sync meetings.
  • Conduct site surveys for future vehicle testing operations to include, warehousing needs, space allocation, and personnel needs.

Requirements:

  • Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • A high school diploma plus 10 years of related experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, or transportation. Civilian or military.
  • Self-motivated individual.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to plan, track and communicate status, risks and needs.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
  • Non-local domestic and foreign travel may be required to attend technical reviews and programmatic meetings (approximately 15%).
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the US Army Logistics System.
  • Prior military service.
