About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Float Pool team at Baylor Scott & White McLane Children's Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to our young patients and their families, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in various specialties, including Med Surg, ED, NICU, and PICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in unit-based councils and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 6 months of Registered Nurse experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
