About the Role

This position involves providing high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled pediatric home care to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
