Your responsibilities will include resolving complex design issues with practical solutions, conducting product research, assisting with material selections, and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the design team on conceptual designs, feasibility studies, and more
  • Assist in preparing architectural programming documents, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Utilize AutoCAD and/or Revit for architectural documents and design materials
  • Resolve complex design issues with innovative solutions
  • Conduct product research and assist with material selections
  • Maintain project documentation and provide project team coordination
  • Participate in construction administration and field inspections
Ideal Background
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Experience in large scale projects in Commercial and Residential Real Estate
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Suite
  • Ability to develop visual presentations and construction documents
  • Knowledge of architectural building systems and building operations
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Dynamo and building codes is a plus
