We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Cardiac Tele RN Specialist at Mercy Hospital Springfield. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for the provision of patient care.
- Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information, and perform duties and responsibilities consistent with mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
- Current RN License eligible or licensed in the state of Missouri.
- BLS from AHA only, 4 trauma credits or within first two weeks from start, NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start).
- 1 year Cardiac Tele, inpatient only experience.
Our Cardiac Tele unit is a 32-bed unit that provides care to patients with cardiac and medical-surgical conditions. The unit is equipped with Alaris pumps, telemetry, and lift equipment, and uses the EPIC EMR system.
