Job Overview

FASTSIGNS of Erie is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing designs to life by following drawings and tasks provided by our Project Managers.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to read and follow schematics and drawings, and possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow drawings and tasks to produce high-quality fabrications
  • Read and write English to effectively communicate with team members
  • Use problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and improve processes
  • Work safely and efficiently in a team environment
  • Meet deadlines and contribute to team performance

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Welding and fabrication experience
  • Experience with CNC routers and other equipment
  • Sign making and fabrication knowledge
