Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Assist with sales and inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
  • Liquor, Beer, and Wine Knowledge: Prior knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine is a plus.
