Speech-Language Pathologist for K-12 Schools

About the Position:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Anderson, CA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled SLP to provide speech and language services to students in grades K-12 across 4-5 schools. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication and language development.

Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans to address these challenges.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success.
• Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, to help them overcome speech and language barriers.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• IEP Meetings: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team to ensure student needs are met.

Requirements:

• Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and CA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certifications and Experience: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
