Job Title: Senior Hardware Verification/Test Engineer

RISHAAR LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Verification/Test Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned hardware engineer with expertise in medical device testing and verification. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hardware engineering for medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop test plans and procedures for medical devices
  • Conduct thorough testing and verification of hardware components and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, including IEC 60601 and FDA requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in hardware engineering for medical devices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements and testing procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA Quality System Regulation
  • Experience with embedded systems and software-hardware integration
  • Familiarity with risk management and obsolescence management
