Electronics Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Spartronics LLC. As an Electronics Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and repetitive operations in a flexible manufacturing environment in accordance with standardized processes, procedures, or methods.

• Assemble and/or repair printed wiring assemblies (PWA), subassemblies, instruments, and final assemblies of various components utilizing a wide range of tools, work processes, and skills to approved documented procedures/specifications.
• Deploy sound inventory control methods and procedures, including allocating materials to work orders, incoming inspection assistance, and issuing inventory in MRP if applicable.
• Handle, mix, and test hazardous chemicals while using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform basic duties as required to meet production needs and be flexible to overtime or a flexible schedule.
• Work in a team environment and ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and visitors to the facility.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, operating and work instructions, policies, and rules in place.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions.
• Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form.
• Ability to add and subtract whole numbers, fractions, and decimals using direct reading, gauges, rulers, and scales.
• Must be quality conscious and have a good work ethic.
• Must maintain ESD Precautions Standards certification in areas/facilities where required (training provided by employer).
• May be required to lift or exert up to 55 pounds as required by the job task.
• Ability to read and understand schematics, wire diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
