Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team at Zachry Group. As an Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Operations: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years related accounting experience or college degree with no prior accounting experience.
  • Skills: Solid working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office products; excellent written and verbal communication skills; deadline-driven; ability to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Experience: Helpful but not required.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in the construction industry preferred.
  • Data Analysis: Experience in data analysis preferred.
