Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced simulation models to support the development of combat systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex simulation models using AFSIM, Suppressor, ITASE, and NGTS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation models with other systems and tools
  • Perform analytical assessments of combat weapon systems using mission-level constructive simulation tools
  • Develop and implement data analytics and operations analysis techniques to support simulation model development

Requirements:

  • Experience with scenario development and performing analytical assessments of combat weapon systems using mission-level constructive simulation tools
  • Experience with a variety of COTS and GOTS M&S and data science tools, including MATLAB, C++, Perl, or Python
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze large amounts of raw model output to identify key drivers
  • Ability to distill, summarize, and articulate complex technical insights and findings
