Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab is seeking skilled nursing professionals to join its team at our SNF facilities in Allentown and Fountain Hill.

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide high-quality resident care in a county nursing home facility. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for promoting the physical and mental health of residents through the application of nursing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide resident care activities in a county nursing home facility
  • Coordinate medical, nursing, social, and related services
  • Apply nursing processes to promote resident health and well-being

Requirements:

  • Current Pennsylvania DOH Licensed Practical Nurse license
  • Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited school of nursing

Compensation:

We pay based on experience, with rates starting at $27.19/hour. Additional differentials apply for certified nurses and those working second, third, and weekend shifts.
